We – SPREDD founders Rudīte Sanžarevska and Samanta Šrama – become the mastermind group “Being confident on camera”. This group is designed to help entrepreneurs and professionals gain confidence, overcome fear and feel natural in front of the camera. The mastermind group is organised by Novatore, a business club that brings together women entrepreneurs and professionals, promoting exchange, collaboration and growth.
Today, almost everyone has to show video at work – whether it’s content for social media, participation in company promotional material or presenting to a wider audience. Appearing in front of the camera is not about perfection, it’s about presence, clarity and the ability to connect with the viewer.
About the mastermind group
“Being confident on camera” combines practical steps, experience sharing and support. Participants learn step by step how to feel more relaxed, confident and authentic on video.
Participants:

- overcoming fear, nervousness and lack of self-confidence;
- Learn simple techniques to feel and sound better in front of the camera;
- learn how to create content that helps your business grow.

Format and content
- 4 meetings (2 online, 1 face-to-face, 1 by appointment)
- each session lasts 2 hours;
- small group – up to 5 people;
- active communication and support on the Novatore Club platform between sessions.
Mastermind is not passive listening – it’s a hands-on experience. Between meetings, participants make short videos which are then analysed together, providing feedback and encouragement.

Rudīte Sanžarevska – marketing partner with more than 6 years of experience, often referred to as the “right hand” for company managers and marketing teams. She delivers training and speaks on camera with confidence, helping others to see that authentic presence can be a powerful communication tool.
Samanta Šrama – content creator with more than 5 years of experience. Her forte is working both in and behind the camera. With her filming, presentation and storytelling skills, she inspires others to feel at ease and confident. Samantha regularly updates her knowledge through various courses, bringing new ideas to her creative work.
Together, we – SPREDD – help brands grow through creative, engaging and strategic video content. With our experience and hands-on approach, we will lead this mastermind group to show that authentic on-camera presence is more important than perfection.
