q.beyond

q.beyond is an international IT services company with a team in Latvia. The Riga office brings together IT professionals who work on digital solutions and support q.beyond Group projects on a daily basis.

As part of the collaboration, our task was to help the company create social media content showcasing the q.beyond team in Latvia, the working environment, the company culture and everyday life. For this project, SPREDD created the content and q.beyond published it on its social media channels.

q.beyond wanted to increase its presence in Latvia on social media and showcase the company not only for the services it offers, but also for its people, team and working environment. In the IT sector, such communication is particularly important as it helps the company to become more understandable, accessible and recognisable to both potential employees and business partners.

During our cooperation, we met regularly with the q.beyond team to discuss the company’s news, upcoming plans, events and expectations regarding social media content. This allowed us to create content that is not detached from the company’s daily life, but based on real events and the company’s development direction.

Our approach

SPREDD produced video and photo content that q.beyond used on its social media channels. Filming took place both at the q.beyond office in Riga and at company events, which were also attended by q.beyond representatives from Germany. This allowed the content to show not only the local team in Latvia, but also the international environment in which the company operates.

We focused on team engagement, office atmosphere, company events and the people who make up q.beyond’s everyday life. The aim was to create material that helps the audience get to know the company better and see it as a modern, professional and human working environment.

Result

As a result of the cooperation, q.beyond gained regular social media content, which helped to strengthen the company’s visibility and showcase the Riga team to a wider audience. The content created allowed the company to communicate in a more personal way – not only about what the company does, but also about the people, environment and culture behind it.

This project shows that social media content is not just for sales. It can also be a powerful tool for building employer image, company credibility and team visibility.
