In 2024, in the second half of the year, a strategy was implemented where every third post was in video format, showcasing:

- Customer experiences;
- Engaging content and real-life situations to create a more personal connection with the audience.
Results:
Organic reach increased by 238.4%, reaching 97,436 users.
Total reach increased by 9.4%, reaching 668,369 people.
Video views increased to 319.7K (473.1%).
Engagement metrics improved by 7.2%.

Conclusions:
This strategy proves that quality video content helps achieve significant organic growth and brand awareness.
