Novatore

Our collaboration with the Novatore business club is one of those things that inspires us and is constantly evolving. It began with joint work on Novatore Impact Summit 2025 – an event that brings together inspiring female leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals to talk about leadership, courage, and change.

The SPREDD team created video material for the event’s communications, filming the speakers before the summit – their preparations, experiences, and stories. This collaboration brought us into contact with some incredibly interesting people and places – from Visa executives and the Minister of Justice to the Swiss Ambassador to Latvia and other inspiring leaders whom we might never have met under other circumstances.

Throughout the project, we worked closely with both Novatore’s CEO and social media specialist to ensure that the video concept, visual style, and final material perfectly matched Novatore’s brand guidelines and values.

During the event, we provided real-time story content, which was published on social media on the day of the event, creating a sense of presence even for those who could not attend the summit.
After the event, we created a video review that reflected the most important moments, emotions, and the inspiring atmosphere of the event.

After the summit, we continue our cooperation with Novatore – we participate in and lead the mastermind group “Being confident on camera”, where we share our experience and inspire participants to feel free and confident in front of the camera.

This collaboration is special in that it combines creativity, professionalism, and a shared value—to inspire others to be visible, courageous, and authentic.
