Promotional video for the incubation service
The aim of this project was to promote the incubation service of the Latvian Rural Advisory and Education Centre (LLKC) by reaching out to regional entrepreneurs and farmers, as well as to encourage applications for the programme.
Given the wide regional coverage of the LLKC across Latvia, a localised video content strategy was developed. Two videos were filmed in each of the 7 regional offices offering this service, tailoring the communication to the specific audience. Each video started with a direct address to local entrepreneurs and farmers, creating a personal and trust-building first impression. In addition, the specific location was visually integrated, including job titles and other graphic elements.
The content concept combined three key elements:
- a clear outline of the service
- the value it brings to businesses
- real scenes of the everyday process
The video featured the LLKC specialists who provide the service and, where possible, was filmed on the farms, showing the actual work process and the environment where the service is used in practice.
Particular attention was paid to the assembly to create a dynamic and contemporary end result. Graphic elements were integrated into the video, including a visualisation of a map of Latvia highlighting the regions, footage of the incubation website, as well as sound effects to enhance the viewing experience and help hold attention. The rhythm of the editing was designed so that the content could also be perceived in an advertising format and without sound.
In addition, a generic video version was created for each office and used in the Latvia-wide advertisement, ensuring a unified communication to a wider audience.
The result is a structured and multi-layered video content system that allows to reach both local and national audiences at the same time, clearly communicating the essence of the service, its practical relevance and its value for entrepreneurs in their daily lives.
